This is the story of Gaelayniel... a man of two worlds...

On the planet Eyrth the year is 2217A.D.—about 200 years after the nuclear holocaust that left much of his planet uninhabitable, and about 170 years after Eyrth’s mad technologies were finally destroyed, and the last evidences of them were supposedly buried from history.

To the other planet—where most of our story takes place— our hero is suddenly  called away... for the fair kingdom of Phylantagia is rapidly approaching its 4900th year and the hour of its Seventh Seventh-Century Sorrow, where mysterious prophecies and dark destinies are strangely intersecting.

This is the story of Gaelayniel, and of the two women he loves. To Al-Lloreya, his betrothed on Eyrth, he has already committed himself for marriage. But for nearly a year he is away... here in Phylantagia where the ancient prophecy songs are thrusting him into an incredible journey, alone with the Princess Aureaelle, as he escorts her to her terrible Sorrow on the evil island of Malavalea, and comes to his own horrible loss at that cold, stone, altar-bed called Moonstone.

Courage... loyalty... conflict... truth... and love... wrestle in Gaelayniel’s heart to the very extremity of his faythe—finally bringing him into the dark pit of hopeless despair, and to overcoming grace.

This is the story of Gaelayniel... a story you will never forget.
