Heart Songs – Collection One
Each collection contains sixty selected songs – delightful old favorite hymns and gospel songs, as well as some quality new ones you will love to learn. Each song has been custom-engraved with lyrics and shape notes as large as possible in a book of this size.
Each song has chords above the staff, and comes with five vocal recordings to help you easily learn the melody, parts, and timing of the song. You can access the 300 recordings for each book at our stanbrubaker.com website, under the Learn the Songs tab, at no charge. Or, you can go to our free telephone lines, enter the song ID code, and press 1 to hear the Soprano part only (with other parts quieter in the background), 2 for Alto, 3 for Tenor, 4 for Bass, or 5 to hear the four-part SATB harmony. Usually just the first two verses are recorded.
The books are sturdy, with heavy laminated-both-sides covers, and plastic coil, lay-flat bindings. Just over 4"x7" they are truly pocket-size, and make an attractive and practical GIFT for persons who love to sing the old favorites and learn some worthy new songs.
